Our exhibit commemorating the 250TH Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Located in the Old Town Hall. Curated by Joseph Mumley, Ann Galonska, and Jon Crane. Opens Sunday July 12, 2026. Admission $5 adults / free for Mansfield Historical Society members.

Explore Mansfield’s 18th century history as an agricultural community and its active participation in the American Revolution. This exhibit follows the town’s response to the Lexington Alarm, the men serving on the frontlines of Bunker Hill and the New York campaigns, and the home front community that supplied and fed the soldiers, their families, and the fight for independence.
